I have not been on for a couple days, and now all I get instead of a play button or whatever is a blank black window where there used to be a play button or title screen.

Hello, thanks for your help. I did make sure Adobe was updated and it happens with games and movies of all ratings. The title of the game/movie is in the top bar where it has always been and nothing indicates it is loading. 4.00 GB RAM. I have been playing and watching games and movies on here for at least 3 years, but I can't seem to fix this.
