Next to the Include Image? tab, click the Upload button, select your desired picture, wait for it to load, and just post it like you do a normal comment.
If you'd like to include a video it's got to be via link and not directly uploaded to newgrounds, probably for data hosting problems. If you paste a link into your post normally it should just come up as a clickable vid on your feed.
