Just keep trying dude! Blow up the original, fill it in with a solid color (colors, if you want to keep the original red outline), then paint over the rough edges. Every time you lay down a line, you can either accept it and move on, or undo it and try again... keep the good ones, delete the bad.

anyway OP i'd ask those idiots in the art forum if that shit isn't a graveyard. if it is just trace the photo on Photoshop or illustrator and clean it up. would work best with a tablet but if you concentrate hard enough and use the right tools you can do it. otherwise wait for one of these worthless chumps to pump out something only slightly less mediocre than what you already did

It's not 'evil' but it is pathetic that you'd rather pay off someone on the internet do it than admit to said girl that you lack the ability to do it yourself.

Clean up the lines.
Draw it really big, make a nice clean outline then simply fill it with a paint bucket tool or likewise, then size it down.
Should look really sharp and clean.
