whenever i export an animation its always 480p and looks laggy and bad , but when i see it straight from Flash it always looks better

I tried exporting it in all the formats and tried some screen recorders but they dont work

First, make sure your stage in Flash is at 1920 x 1080. Export your project as a .SWF. Then import the .SWF file into Adobe AfterEffects and export it out as a .mov in 1080p.

You could try using "Swivel," which is a very useful .swf to video converter that you can find here. Although I currently haven't had a successful 1080p export from it yet, you may just end up getting a successful export. And since its free, you don't have anything to lose in trying it out. :3.

You could also try asking the animation forum rather than the art forum.
