I'm pretty excited, overall. I missed the entirety of Marble Hornets, so I'm glad to see another series like it.

Ever since I got done with marble hornets I've been looking everywhere for a series like it. There just isn't.

I agree. I started watching EverymanHYBRID, but it doesn't have the huge creep factor that Marble Hornets has. Then again, that's probably better for me, since I can watch it late at night a little better.

So now we know this is quite a bit different than Slenderman. Originally it was thought this story would be an extension of marble hornets, but it's turning out to be something quite a bit different from the looks of things.

So... From what I could tell is that there is that person that seems to need pills of some sort. (I am for now on going to be calling him Bird Watcher or The Runner to make it less confusing.) He also seems to have the ability to blur out his face with static when the camera actually sees him.
So here is what I know:
The Runner or Bird Watcher (Which ever you guys prefer.) seems to need pills for something, resembling the slender sickness.
There are a lot of birds in Clear Lakes 44.
The Runner can teleport.

We're 8 broadcasts in and I still don't have any idea what's going on. I think the one made of static seen in #5 has the ability to control the camera view. The other one that attacked the birdwatcher.. Idk I'm completely in the dark, but SOMEthing happened when he went outside and dropped the cane..
What are some thoughts and theories on the series so far?

Well it appears that there are multiple of these creatures running around. (I have named them Runner and Walker.) It appears that there are two and only ONE can control the camera point of view... Also I noticed that there was eyes when the Walker, (The one that controls the cameras.) seemed to teleport the camera view OR him self.

Dead. Unless this new CL stuff ends up being a continuation of Marble Hornets, then it would be more likely that totheark will do another video. As for now though I don't think it's likely; CL's turning out to be a lot different, and still no sign of Slendy.
The plot has begun to thicken. This one contains dialogue and details about the bird watcher.
I watched the first one, nothing happens. Not sure what they're trying to do or if the following broadcasts are better but I'm not encouraged to watch them.

Muramasa, here's the thing- I maaaaaaay have made the mistake of thinking that other people would appreciate this NEW video series without watching all the OLD Marble Hornets stuff first.
Ask @GiovDMustache, she's been the most knowledgeable fan here what with her totheark reference and all. Sge clearly knows what's up.
So maybe you should check out the Marble Hornets series first. To reiterate, this series is basically where modern-day Slenderman came from.
Here, hopefully I have correctly linked you to a collection of videos that have all the MarbleHornets AND all the totheark submissions of what is arguably the greatest creepypasta series of all time..
