What kind of music style is this?

I am trying to recreate a track, that resembles this one (it's from South Park the movie), but I am struggling to identify the style of this music and specific instrument names involved. All help is appreciated:

I can't think of anything beside that part in south park where she thaws balls .

You trolling ? I don't think this music really has a genre . Sounds like some 90th disco but I don't know where it came from .

Why would I be trolling.. I want to use Reason (or other DAW) to recreate this sort of "style", instruments and feel. But I am not sure which instruments are used (specific names), or which VSTs can be used to achieve the effect.
