Kyle t webster's brush packs arent even expensive, just save up a little and get them yourself

If you buy brushes you're a fool, and if you buy them because jazza recommends them then you're even more of a fool.
Custom brushes do not make you a fantastic artist. The only brush worth using is the one that you know how to use,and you can only do that by playing about with the brush settings and experimenting.

But Jazza is the greatest. And if he says they are good I believe him. I am just broke ao I am looking for free alternative

Really though dude, it isn't the brush, you're not going to magically get better because you bought some fancy digital brushes, you're going to get better by putting in the time to learn how to draw, color, paint etc. Right now the benefit you'd get from fancy pants brushes will be negligible compared to the benefit of studies and giving it time.

It's called the Hard round brush and you already have it installed, it pretty much does everything granted you have a tablet that supports pressure sensitivity.

Learning to make your own brush means you'll know the program that much more, which in turn means you'll get better results. I would recommend doing that instead of downloading/buying a set.
