The Merzbox and Merzbient.
The Merzbox is a 50-CD collection of Merzbow's early noise works and also includes a limited-edition t-shirt, one of Merzbow's/Masami Akita's books and I believe a medallion. It's a pretty rare collection with a limited run and, whenever available, they could set you back by a couple hundred pounds - I remember seeing one on Discogs a while ago for nearly a grand.
Merzbient is another collection of Merzbow's - a 12 LP box set of his ambient/drone/minimal noise works. Not as expensive as the Merzbox, but it could set you back by £200+.
It'd be wonderful to own them physically one day but I don't have that kind of money to spend on niche music. Until then, mp3s of such releases will have to do.
