With those specifications you should be able to decently run almost any current gen and next gen games.
Try games like Battlefield 4, Far Cry 4, GTA V, Counter-Strike:Global Offensive, Payday 2, GunZ 2, Advanced Warfare, Saints Row IV, Killer is Dead, Insurgency or Mortal Kombat X
Verdun is a really fun game. It's a WW1 fps thats pretty cool and it runs really well on my machine.
There's a nice let's play of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3E36Rrdc1s

I dont know what you're trying ask in regards to "What Direct X 11 games can I play well on my machine?"
Just go through a list of games on Steam Store catalogue and just buy what you think is a game of your interest. If you're looking to push your equipment to the limit in 'Graphics' and what not, then just do what everyone here is already saying. Buy GTA 5.
