No.
Ad revenue is very, very minimal. Each individual user contributes almost nothing as far as ad revenue is concerned. Especially considering nobody intelligent enough to use an ad blocker is going to click on the ads once they unblock them. No clicks means no Newgrounds monies.
If you want exact figures, you can summon an admin, but I'd estimate that one supporter upgrade makes up for about a dozen or more adblockers - assuming all parties involved visit the site daily.
