I've actually conducted studies on Greys, Reptilians, and Anarchy and they all don't have a religion. Their claim is that they used religion as a way to control behavior, but no longer need it as their behavior is good now. They see God as a super natural being.
As of other aliens besides the ones we know of on Earth, they may or may not have a religion. If they do, it could be similar to Earth or different from Earth's. Generally, we won't know the full truth till you muster up enough courage to start looking for them and talking, but also noting that they are stronger and much more advanced than we are so we need some precautions.

I know of 1 alien religion, the Raeliens. They believe their leader Rael or how ever you spelt his name went to space. they have weird sex orgys from what I understand or they believe in free sex I don't know not 100% sure (not at all sure)
