Can't tell you a dang thing you don't already know -- it's probably Russian, given the Cyrillic alphabet, and it's all about horses. This is when I wish I still worked at THE Ohio State University (Capitalization isn't my bragging. We alumni, and many others, think OSU's insistence upon the THE is ludicrous). But I'll see what I can do about rounding up someone who knows Russian, okay? Sorry this is such a non-answer. But I hope it brings hope....
