Uploading audio help!

So I've been trying to upload one of my audios yet...

"Please wait for the audio to upload"

So when I uploaded the audio, it says this:

the-shaolin-girl.mp3
3.7 MB mp3 , Uploaded A few seconds ago Edit | Delete

It's finished uploading the mp3, but is this a bug when I try to click UPLOAD? Or am I doing something horribly HORRIBLY wrong.

I have this issue too, and I think here was an actual solution to this. What works for me though is to click on the "Edit" button under the audio and just reupload it.
