Hey people I like bands like nirvana, red hot chili peppers, greenday, blink 182, white stripes, cadge the elephant etc. I assume others also like this type of music. So talk about favourite songs, albums, band info, anything really.
Nirvana is one of my favorite bands. Let's talk about them.
I thought it was awesome how they put all those '80s jock rockstars to bed.
Except, I fucking HATED '90s punk rock. It got radio and corporate and a bunch of pussies decided to wear studded leather jackets and mohawks to fit in with the scene. Only good one was Rancid. Other than that, I'm all Black Flag, Ramones, Sex Pistols, etc

Do you like greenday? They got really famous in the early 2000's but they've star going back to their roots now. Also the clash is another good classic punk band

Nah, I don't. They're right up there with Blink 182, Sum41, Simple Plan, NOFX, and all the other mainstream bands that found a niche of angry preteens and exposed them by dressing like cookie cutter wannabe punk posers.
That being said, I do like the new wave of american heavy metal in the '90s like slipknot, korn, rob zombie, disturbed, etc.
