i recorded a guitar track called winter a while back and i've decided to go back to it more recently and try to make a full song out of it, though i've ran into a huge problem - i can't remember how to play it!
i've spent the past week trying to figure out what chords are played and i'm starting to think it could be in an alternate tuning (1/2 step down or something like that).
somebody help me figure it out please!
I don't have my guitar on me at the moment, but it sounds like you are utilizing a few of the "CAGED" system chords.
I think you are playing A Minor, E Minor, F Major, C Major, C Major with a B Base. If that isn't what you were playing, I think that might be what you were trying to play. You may have used a Capo, or just been tuned a half step down. But I think that may have been what you were going for.
I'm sure one of the other guitar gurus can pick this one up for you soon enough broski! When I have my guitar on hand I'll shoot you a PM just to make sure.
As a side note, it seems like you are letting your low E ring out where it shouldn't be ringing, it's a quick fix though so not to worry just at times the notes clash.
i think it's too slow... sounds like slow motion :D.. Hmmm my idea... Maybe try to make it acoustic ??

i'm trying to work on the chords in the song! O:
Capo on 3rd fret, then positions like for:
A min, E min 6, F maj with first string free, C maj and a sort of C9 with a B in bass.

sorry about that, i ended up with a pretty bad kidney infection, so i took some time away from a lot of stuff.
