If you were to get into trouble with the police, and sent to jail, what would be the charge? Mine would probably be disturbing the peace or possession.

Well, if we're doing real charges, the most aggressive I ever am is passive. I'd probably have some false charges pushed on me for being snarky and sarcastic and get arrested for resisting or some shit.

Probably for disorderly conduct or some other bullshit. A couple years ago I was going to get 2 disorderly conduct charges, but I agreed to a deal and they were dropped. I wonder how much better my life would be now had I not been a dumbass and got in trouble for "disorderly conduct"

I was 14 then. I wasn't doing what the staff guy in lunch detention was telling me to do and he got the police involved in something he could have easily handled himself. I wasn't being disruptive or violent or anything. That was one of times I got in trouble with the police. I can't remember what happened in the other one. Not remembering exactly what happened then is one of the reasons I wish I had kept a journal back then. Those two things are the reasons I go to an alternative school now.

I've been arrested three times. Only one time as an adult. When I was 15 it was underage drinking. When I was 16 I got charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, I only had a quarter ounce but I had a scale. Never had to do any time Both of those got expunged. But when I was 18 I got arrested with a little coke when I was in Vegas. I never had to any time for any those of charged. The only consequence was I couldn't get my driver's license until I turned 18, and I had to take a bunch of drug education classes. Luckily my job doesn't do background checks because that coke possession charge is still on my record.
