Will they release the ego feature only on PS4 and Xbox one?
You mean first person view? Most likely yes. They will use the FPS view for next gen as a selling point for the enhanced game. Also the first person view has 3000 new animations and I don't think the 360 and PS3 will handle such new animations.

Today I learned that germans apparently call first person view "ego perspective".
But yeah it's next gen only. Anyone who actually bought the original release has gotten shafted.
