A few ideas ran through my head during class, and I put pen to paper. The results:
_______________________________________________

Depression, Anger, Denial, Anger, Denial, Anger, Depression, Anger, Anger, Anger....

Grief comes in stages?
Yeah, I know a few.
The title of this poem are just a few I'll share with you.
__

Depression hit me first- of course you know it's true
The tears kept on flowing until my pretty face turned blue
And the fighting never stopped until my thoughts did turn from you.
__

And then came the anger- Oh, the anger!
Why didn't you say- how couldn't I know‽
Those bloody tears fell as my rage did grow..
__

And when I gave the anger the boot-
Denial, Bargaining, and depression came suite.
__

--

Your memory still haunts me, even to this day-
The proof is in the nightmares
That plague me in every way.
____________

Your sister hung herself-
Your mother started drinking.
Your father turned to gambling-
Who cared what I was thinking?
__

And all the pain I kept
Deep within myself---
My only riches are pain!
And I do not share my wealth.

Not bad. It flows and tells a story. You going to finish?

1 star for originality 1 star for drama 1 star for being brave enough to express thy self.. 3 stars not bad//

James 4:6 6But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble."
