I smoke Parliament Full flavor, stores usually don't carry them and the cost in Pennsylvania is $7.08 a pack, or $66 for a carton. If you ask a store for a pack of parliaments they will give you parliament lights, and most stores carry those. If you want parliament full flavor ask for full flavor and the pack is all blue with silver around the edges, no white around it.
and if i am in nicotine withdrawal i feel somewhat disoriented, i find it harder to concentrate and somewhat sleepy. However this may be somewhat a combination of my heart rate slowing down and the fact that i rarely get even close to enough sleep at night.

I dunno man, American Spirits tend to be a bit strong for most people. But it's not as strong as Smokin Joes cigarettes; as those are dirt cheap reservation cigarettes that'll bust your lungs out.
Occasionally, I'll smoke Cohiba cigarettes if I feel like it.
I smoked some Paul Malls for a while since Marlboros are expensive, but cigarettes just aren't worth it.
Smoke weed instead - the high is significantly better
I've tried smoking many different kinds of cigarettes, all socially. I didn't like any of them...sometimes it was a precursor or afterthought of sex, and I don't even like my partner smoking; it makes their kisses distasteful and I don't like the smell.

I quit smoke 2 years ago, but withdrawal is terrible. It can really stress you out, make you nervous or frustrated easily. I felt like I always had to do something with my hands when I had withdrawals.

I actually quit smoking, but whenever I get really drunk...I go out and buy a pack. My choice is Marlboro Reds 72s..But hell, I will make that pack last me 4 to 5 days.

I often smoke rolling tobacco like Amber Leaf or Golden Virginia, I do like to treat myself to a box of Marlboro reds as well.
The ones I buy by the cartons are Player's Original Regulars. If I want something just a little nicer, every now and then I'll grab Number 7 reds, Benson&Hedge's, or John Player's Specials.
