Yes, the parents can't afford paying cable television bills and internet bills because cable television bills and internet bills are very expensive, and the children shouldn't be watching anything on TV on every Saturday mornings, but I think that the children should be better to go out and play and the children should be better to make their own cartoons on every Saturday mornings.

Contrary to what every douchebag who thinks their generation was the good one ever, yes children still play outside. Maybe if you ever hauled your ass out there you'd see it.
