It wont work this way. You should try to get special collabs / game projects and keep your eyes open. Thats the only chance to get noticed. Also being active in the forums, participating in contests and continuousely submitting your music to the audio portal can help. There are also threads that could help you like

Posting general music service offers does notreally work on NG since there are lots of active composers here so there is not really a big need - besides you get in contact with people and build up a network. Also compete in contests. Maybe that sounds silly - but really: Thats how things work here :D
