Kontakt 5 and Keyboard

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone with more experience using a keyboard with Kontakt could help me out.
I know how to assign different MIDI CC to knobs and things for each instrument but I don't know how to control Kontakt itself with my keyboard, for example switching to different .nki s and things. I don't think it makes a difference which DAW you use since this is inside Kontakt, but I use REAPER.

What I want to do: Switch between patches (forwards and backwards) in Kontakt 5 using my MIDI keyboard (Axiom 49).

I tried the suggestion but there's no way to assign a midi CC to the patch selector.

No, those don't seem to do anything...
