Is it possible to have no scale fullscreen mode and interactive with AS2?
I know there's a code that looks like this but

It doesn't seem possible. Adobe stopped AS2 development about 8 years ago. And stopped supporting it about 2 years ago. They're not going to be updating or patching it any more and security error are bound to arise very quickly.
Full screen interactive mode being disabled is a security percussion that was eventually removed in AS3, it will likely never happen for AS2.
