Its basically getting your male genital cut off. So you basically seem like a girl without one.
But i saw a BBC documentary about it. And on part two. They say, if a boy was castrated before reaching puberty. Then he wouldnt develop things like beard etc. Is that true?

For me, if I ever had my testicles cut off, I wouldn't be as sad about the fact that I couldn't grow a beard as much as knowing that I had my testicles cut off. Because I had my testicles cut off. I don't know what I'd do if I ever had my testicles cut off. A very important part of my body (my testicles, specifically) would no longer be a part of me.
I would just lead a life of heavy drug use. There's really no point in living if you get your dick cut off so why not do drugs?
