There is an animation i saw a few years ago i cant seem to find. Its a dark series with the main character being Zuriel. I dont have much information since my old computer went kaput. Any help or pointers?

If i remember correctly its based in England and the main character Zuriel is either a genetic experiment or just an unexplained badass. i used to have a wallpaper that had him pinned to a electronic chip style playing card. Sorry i cant give more info its been a few years and a few beers.
