Unless the content is inappropriate for its rating, vote 5 for the prank and move on.
(By the looks of it, you're only here for the adult content on this site, anyway. Don't report stuff if you see a willy when you're expecting something else :/ )

Depends on where you're getting harassed. If you're being harassed on your newspost or via PM, block them.

There's a Flag button for the art portal (it looks like a flag, and it's on the top right of pics)
For Movies and Games, there isn't one yet. But you can use the EGB thread in the meantime.
