Developed by Warhorse Studios, this upcoming medieval RPG was funded partially on Kickstarter, but also has "a very wealthy backer" who has been financing the studio's development of this game independently for some time. Supposedly, the Kickstarter campaign was launched to gauge consumer interest in a non-fantasy-themed medieval RPG while raising extra money for development at the same time.

Looks really good, IMO. If you're interested it's definitely worth checking out the video updates on Warhorse's YT channel, as you can preview some of the features that we'll see within the game when it launches.
Kingdom Come is set to drop in 3 separate instalments, starting with Deliverance, which is currently slated for release in December 2015... so we have a while yet to wait. May as well spend the time discussing it, right?
