If I'm not mistaken, you choose the language in the initial instal. Open up the installation file from your computer or disc and it may allow you to change your version. I haven't really come across a way to change the language in the application. Have you tried looking it up?

From what I know, each language has it's own installer. To change the language, you'll need to reinstall the program and make sure the language is set to English.
