THEIR IS NO LIMITS FOR ARTISTS
Art can be made with any software

That's some concise submission info! No preferred submission format though, like, would .fla source files work? Would you rather have an exported .png?

Nope... sorry. When I tried to add a background the program I use for some reason made it smaller. Then when I tried to make it bigger it became very pixlelated and looked like crap. Sorry.
