Looking for experimental plugins or some software that's unusual, willing to pay, please notify.

Since Apple's Logic is limited to the use of AU (Audio Unit) Plugins, you miss a vast selection of great plugins. There are still a few great ones out there though. Here is a small list of manufactures that offer AU Plugins (Some of them are free):
