Hello NG, I'm looking an artist to work on this game.. here's a demo:

Controls are WASD, space to pause and space to exit battle system..
It's a top-view pirate game where the player controls a ship looking for treasure on the sea..
The world is procedurally generated and it can generate islands and oceans.
Towns will be generated across the world and would have npc's
that would make room for some story elements in the game.
Npc's will also give quest for the player to earn items that are not obtainable in Battling other ships.
Enemy Ships would be generated procedurally.
Enemy Ships will appear randomly near the player while roaming the seas.
Ideas for different kinds of ships are:
Naval Ships:
-Neutral but will chase/battle the player when attacked
or when player has attacked other naval/merchant ships on sight which will increase the ship's bounty.
-Very tough ship with lots of cannons and people on board
Merchant Ships:
-Neutral ship. Flees from the player if player has high bounty
-Very fast ship but not very tough. Has considerable amount of loot.
-Appears more often on shallow waters near land.
Pirate Ships:
-Aggressive ship. chases the nearest ship.
-Will spawn on deeper waters.. deeper water will Spawn more powerful types.
When the player comes in contact with other ships on the map, the player may choose to engage them or if the ship is aggro, the game enters the battle system.
For the artist, I need him/her to work on the ff:
-The Tileset for the game (currently 32x32)
-At least 3 diff. ship designs for each ship kinds
-people designs at least 3-4 (top view)
-UI designs
The graphics can be 8-bit, vector(flash cs3) or png as long as it is colorful and vibrant but not painful to the eyes
I won't be able to pay but we can share the money earned by the ads :D
