How come Homo Sapiens did

Start building civilization in about 10 000 years ago (Like Mesopotamia)
But had to wait 190 000 or 140000 years to start :/
Since homo sapiens occured in about 200 000 and 150 000.

Were they that lazy that they had to wait ten thousands of years before they started to build stuff, i am just curious?

I sometimes wonder if the last ice age was actually the result of nuclear winter...

Wouldn't it be scary to think that tens of thousands of years ago we built modern cities, colonized Mars, and just destroyed all of human civilization, leaving only a few scattered groups of survivors?

But most evidence only points to us building cities, for the first time ever, in the last 10000 years.
