Unfortunatetly lots of medals I earn do not get saved in my account. Anyone any idea why not? Thanks.

Same here, been playing Gretel and Hansel 1 for awhile now and got the rabbit death but no medal, tried to do it about another 5 times and still nothing but other people have it so I don't know...
Try clearing your cache or posting it here maybe someone else can help.
