in need of assistance and ART!

hi there everyone who reads this
my name is dal and for Xmas i'm making my girlfriend her own game
I've got audio and coding down but what i need is ART WORK
this game is a final fantasy style
i'm talking like final fantasy 3 or 4 here
and what i need most right now is artwork for monsters to fight with my heroes!
if you can post links, places to find good artwork like this etc etc it is muchly appreciated
of course i will put your name in the credits and if i do anything else with it beside give it as an Xmas gift i will absolutely give each of you credit! thank you so much!

Oh good grief, yeah, this isn't going to happen.

daldorian, you should consider looking for already made royalty free sprites instead, or making your own artwork as something easy to draw - like coloured blobs.

ive gotten everything done with the exception of implementing the graphics for enemies...
even down to the point where i have these enmies set up just an empty spot where they would appear...
my art work skills are awful so im hoping to get some suport (still 7 days fingers crossed)
