Does anyone know any warmups I can do to loosen up and that will help me refine my skills? Your imput is much appreciated.

Doing figure drawing practice on sites like pixelovely isn't specifically a cartoonist warmup but it certainly helps those skills anyway. I'd recommend doing that.
