I think once I deal with it, I'm gonna do a tutorial on how you organize a submission for a collab so when the time comes for 2014 you're already well prepared :P

I'm adding the parts now... EveryBody check this, it's still missing many parts but it's going fine. For BlackLemons's part there's a small voice issue when Luke says "Oh that poopy head" or whatever, so you guys tell me if it plays well for you. But I'll be correcting that soon. ... For VlikeVince's big part I've got a permission from him to not use his part... He was pretty understandful, so thanks anyway VlikeVince. BTW I added one EasterEgg and there two more to come :D

Thanks for noticing that sleeeeep, I'll check the problem right now. BTW the collab may be released tonight or tomorrow morning, if I manage to add the 10 last parts to it. I've added 14 parts till now and no issues besides the one you've noticed :D
Don't worry about the sounds even if they sound creepy, it's only a question of editing the publishing settings. I'm only testing the project at lo sound bit rate, it to make the upload easier and that's what causes sounds lagging at BlackLemons' part :D
Here's the progress so far enjoy, I hope I can add two more EasterEggs to it by time :D

Guys here's the latest version of the collab, Flash started becoming lame, he's crashing every time I add thescrumbles part. Only his part and mine are left now :( sorry for the bad news... But I'll be doing my best....

And I forgot to mention but don't worry for Larrynachos being used 3 times, I'm just duplicating scenes and swapping them :)

therefore we can link the easter egg to his animation :)

I'm going to see him tomorrow though so i'll get the previous version of his animation from him then and we'll try using that version instead and seeing if it makes any difference.

The fla file is really huge about 400MB, and I used a different technique and more hidden codes in the parts in order for them to work this way, here check the library and see how I organized it but still there's lot of mess inside it o_O So I don't know if I could upload the file for you but I'll give it a try tomorrow :|
