Newgrounds Graphical Error?

Alternate Topic: Post what you thought the title should end in.

First some backstory.
I've had minor problems with Newgrounds, Youtube, and select programs on this computer of mine for some time now. Started about the time Newgrounds updated to its current form. May or may not have something to do with that.
Now, these minor problems really are minor, nothing that impedes my daily usage or threatens overall security. As far as NG here is concerned, mostly graphical errors where the banners display what amounts to digital puke instead of that beautiful artwork or ads for online games I'll never play.

Now, I'm seeing a face in the graphic error. A god damn face. Not something that just looks like a face, a motherfucking human face out of a motherfucking image splattered hither and yon all over the page. That's going too far. I'm not going to lose sleep if an ad for some crappy mmo gets its colors messed up, but this is going to haunt me.

So I ask now, who the hell is this guy and what is he doing on my Newgrounds?

Refreshed the tab I took that screen cap from and the entire page was replaced by a thumbnail-sized .jpeg of a science dog with the caption 'I have no idea what I am doing'.

What then, is one of the site staff doing some early morning dickery?

You either have a hilarious virus, or for some reason the graphics got cached as those photos.

I figured he might be someone on his site, but I'm not sure what his profile image was doing replacing the tankmen. I searched the instance of the front page I took that screenshot from and never found an image in someplace natural.
However, it looks like he posted something in the art news section 16 hours ago, so the image was probably on my monitor at some point.

At this point I'm ready to blame my graphics card and call it a day.
