My game still has the 'Under Judgment' banner appear even after 3 days of having uploaded it. If memory serves, that's not normal, right?

The portal is much slower than it used to be in 2006. These days it isn't too unusual for submissions to be under judgement for a day or so. Yours isn't even the oldest under judgement submission right now.
