Do research on shading with tones and value....add darker shadows and also pay attention to highlights in a picture.....they really do make the picture pop a little bit more!.....and my advice for actually shading is to break the picture down into basic shapes and shade it that way!!...this picture looks kind of flat...you can barely see the shading.

I'd lock this one ... except after 1 post you've already got more feedback than the last one.

For your very first shading try, I would say you at least have an idea of where you want to go. As mentioned above, I would research on the subjects of lighting and adding value to your artwork. Some exercises you can do would be to create a ball, and practice adding value to the ball. It helps you understand things such as reflected light, highlights, midtones, among other things. In terms of the art in question, you still have a ways to go, but with the proper practive you'll be amazing in no time. Keep it up!
IT'S A WAR FOR YOUR MIND - STAY CONSCIOUS!

It's not bad, but you really shouldn't blur it so much.

Not bad for your first, I would advise playing around with the overlay layer in PhotoShop. Try adding a light color value in very low opacity (15-20%) to give it a little dimension and depth.
Add new layer -> overlay
Soft brush -> bright yellow or white 15% opacity and work your way.
For darker shades, apply dark red or dark green ( black works too but not recommended as it sometimes kills the colors)
Hope that helps.
