Yes, and the funny part is, often if you visit a place like N korea, or cuba (not sure if the cuba still stands of this day, with castro dead) but they often...don't let you leave. They make up bullshit and you disappear, no one every figures out what happened.
An investigation from the US is launched, but you died in some crazy car related accident, or something along those lines. Assuming, they know you were Americans.
NK is fucking crazy, and honestly it probably wont be more than a few years before they find themselves alone, 100% impoverished, no help from even china who's done with their shit. As well with their constant threats of nuclear strikes, they'll eventually get glassed over, and eradicated from existence. Shown to be an example, if you don't want to get your shit straight, and play fucking ball with the rest of the world.
I don't condone the fact that millions of "innocent" for the most part common folk would die in such a strike, but there is no feasible way to get them out, or even try to help them. They want to rule the world with an iron fist. Hitler tried that shit, I think Russia at one point tried that shit, it doesn't fly. NK is a fucking spec in an ocean of power, and they need to figure out that poking the bear will get them mauled...with a 100MT bomb.
