God damn, I haven't even heard anyone MENTION the series in years. I miss that shit though, I was one of those kids (and when I kid, I literally mean kid. If thirteen or fourteen counts as a kid) who were decimated when I heard the series was cancelled. I didn't cry about it, of course, nor did I rage or spam the comments/reviews section of his videos or create pointless threads about them (mostly because I didn't have a NG account back then). But yeah, as much as I'd love to see that series return, I'm mostly over it now. I still love it, though. NG's video games collection is one of the main things that kept me coming back here time after time after time. Such warm and fond, if scarring, childhood memories I had on this site. Aw fuck, I'm rambling. Back to the topic. Wait, why am I even on this topic? This thread is pretty irrelevant. Looks oooooooooooooold as fuck even though it's technically new. He's already ended the series. What more can he do? Even if he removed SMBZ from Newgrounds there's still a bunch of obscure flash sites that host the episodes I'm sure he doesn't know about.
