You can get the same effect with just 3xOsc and all oscillators set to a sinus wave. Mess around with the volume and pitch envelopes and you can get really close.
If all else fails, Fruity Kick has a preset for this kick.

i think that is a kick and a sum synth tom together , i use reason a in my refills i have that kind of a synth tom , wath dow do you use ?

usualy you have drum kits that try sound more like organic and real and synth tom ( i never worked in fl , only reason , so that is the reason why i colled it a "synth tom" ) its like whan you have electronic drums and that "retarded" sound when you hit it little close to edge on the spot where you programed to be your tom.
i don't know how to be more specific ... i hope that you understand :)
