If you are confident in trying to help him, wouldn't it help more if you went and protested his mistreatment in person? Or even sign up to be a part of his legal team?

It would require a military operation to extract him from Libya. Not worth it IMHO.

He never gave hundreds of his fellow Libians a fair trail either, why should he expect better treatment ?

We give fair trial to EVERYONE no matter what and if he is guilty or not he will have his day in court. Rules need to be fair and equal for everyone or there is no need for rukes at all right. I here you guy's poppin off about your constitution all the time so why does it apply to some and not to others LOL ?

how utterly naive of you. how could it be fair when he's obviously guilty as fuck and alot of people want him dead?

When did I ever say I was for all of these bullshit wars in the ME? One of my previous statements in this thread gave notice to the fact that I feel otherwise.
You seem to have a problem understanding what other people are saying. Are you still a virgin?

Tell that to the American civilians killed by drone strikes in Yemen.

The point is to prove he is guilty. However obvious his guilt may seem, however true his crimes may be, the accusation against him must be clear, and the charge must be supported by evidence against him, with evidence in his favor given equal consideration. We give due process to the guilty to ensure it for the innocent. It doesn't always work; bias is not always avoidable, jurors and justices are fallible, and evidence that doesn't hold water can be thought solid (and vice versa). But in the interest of working for a fair and just society that protects the common interest, it is our responsibility unto ourselves to at least make the attempt.

Likewise for the people in the Middle East.

You guy's always seem to think only about Americans and you mother land when there are many other people in the world. Arabs are at the receiving end more BS than Americans fat asses.

What the fuck does that have to do with my statement?

Why? It's clear as day what he has done and who was he associated with, so there is going to no partial jury or court for him. A fair and partial trial will take too long to state the obvious, and no one should care.
Rules need to be fair and equal for everyone or there is no need for rukes at all right.
How naive are you? As I said, everyone knows what he has done, and I'm sure everyone that was affected by him in some way wants his eliminated posthaste. Dictators don't get the benefit of the doubt from anyone.
I here you guy's poppin off about your constitution all the time so why does it apply to some and not to others LOL ?
If you're implying that he should pop off about America's constitution, well he should've learned that it doesn't apply to foreign leaders of enemy countries.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

And that is why it's getting locked.
We've talked about this leanlifter, we aren't going to talk about it again.
