Movie Clip Playback Not Playing

Alright Guys. Need a bit of help here
I got a pretty simple movie clip with a VERY basic masking animation.
It has one moving part, its suppose to reveal missiles for the player to use missile spam

Roboteching for the win!

The problem, it isn't working. I can get it to play in the library preview, and to play with the timeline inside the clip, but I cannot get it to play in a test scene or test movie.

I have a couple of other movie clips that I have done pretty much the same thing with and they all worked fine, and continue to work fine. This one I just built a little bit ago and it is deciding to be an ass.

Here is the file Someone mind looking it over and telling where I fucked up?

Well, After rebuilding it half a dozen times I seem to have finally gotten it to work.
Thanks to any one who looked over my stuff

the gif only shows the first frame because there's only one frame in the timeline. You would need to put the whole thing into the timeline for it to work.
