Photoshopping a dick is too obvious, so nobody's going to do it until some idiot does it using Paint. That's how these always go.

That's what I was going for. It's real easy to do. You just have 3 layers of the same image, adjust the top one so the green AND blue levels are lowered all the way while the red one is at max, and vice-versa for the second layer. Bottom layer is just the base image. Next, you change the top layer to "screen", and move it 5 pixels up and 5 pixels to the left. Reverse it for the middle layer.
