Still looking for composers. We need people who are volunteering, we need people who have had experience in a team and have a portfolio which I can view.

You shouldn't be surprised that people aren't jumping at this opportunity. You've given no details about the project, and no incentive to work on it either. Is this going to be submitted to YouTube, Newgrounds, some other site? What's it about? Even some ad revenue from Newgrounds is better than nothing, offer that, and you'd get more requests.
If you were willing to pay, I'd be open to helping out, but again, need some details.

well I'd be willing to help if I had at least a minimal reimbursement.
to have a great service you have to be willing to pay something, give an incentive to work for you, if this is not possible then the project should be really interesting.
