I am working on a movie to post on newgrounds and I am wondering what kind of money I could possibly expect to make if my movie becomes popular. IâEUTMm just looking for a general idea. A few dollars? Tens of dollars? Hundreds of dollars? Thousands of dollars? What kind of money have you made on newgrounds? I just want to get an idea. Thanks in advance. :-)

If it's a movie, you're probably not going to be making much, since your only source of income is ads (very rarely do movies get sponsored), and at most you'd be getting an eCPM of $1 to $2, which is $1 per 1000 views.
Now if it's game, you could make anywhere from $10 to $50k+
You get a dollar for 1000 views. There are some submissions with running ads that have more that 9 million views. Imagine the money these guys make every month.

I know this thear is old, but my question is you make monet with views or only ads?
At the moment I use views and advertisements that the page itself puts to the sides, as my game is developed in unity, I can not put on itself advertisements during the preload screen to enter the main menu, but thanks for the answer
