Nothing was sacred.
Nothing was sacred.
Ecchi first, ask questions never.
I have to admit that was pretty god damn funny but wasn't eddie murphy caught with a transvestite in his car
I miss 90's Jungle music, but that doesn't mean I post it on the BBS.
Phrase your threads like a question or a request and maybe they'll be better, but this is currently pretty terrible. Sorry bro.
good things about 80s stand up:
richard pryor
george carlin
the shitty beginnings of good comedians
I watched that Eddie Murphy stuff. In retrospect, he wasn't funny at all. Just trying to be offensive. The crowd literally laughs at everything he says.

Those were indeed the golden years of comedy.
gorp
Things are the same now, really. I mean, if you're watching Comedy Central or something like that then you'll have watered down thoughts, but you can find some great, no limitations comedy if you search for it.
Though, offensive material is only decent when humor is a by-product of it. Saying offensive things doesn't give you the green light to laughter.

What are you talking about? Censorship is lowered all the time and now there are more and more people who can say "shit" unbleeped. Take a look at the stuff by Louis CK. This guy is so unbearably edgy it's like every joke is an "Aristrocrats" one. Speaking of which, look at some of the "Aristocrats" jokes that are floating around. If anything, we've gotten less tame because we are becoming desensitized.
