Hey, guys!

(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I couldn't find anything close to "Video." If this is the wrong forum to post in, then please tell me the appropriate one!)

Anyway, now that that's done with, I need your help. I'm looking for freeware software (not torrents or any illegal software) that can put video clips together and allow you to manually set chapters. Also, if it can burn the DVD as well, that'd be cool?

Also, NO Windows Live DVD Maker!!!
