2 Flash Artists Needed

Description:
You will be making educational game art for kids (ages 5-12). Games will be for various types of educational curriculum ranging from games that teach Music, Math, Reading, ESL, etc.

Time Requirement:
Approx. 4 hours a day worth of projects (20-30 hours a week commitment)
You can work any time of the day you want as long as you meet the required deadlines
If you prove to be a good team member this position could be long-term
Skill requirement:
Comfortable drawing with a tablet directly in Flash
Familiar with movie clips, graphic symbols, and library asset management
Ability to skin placeholder graphics provided by a programmer
Ability to work with a team
Ability to match a provided Art style and follow art direction
Ability to create simple animations and animated 2d game effects
Comfortable using an online project management system and reporting progress daily
Understanding of basic artistic concepts like perspective, line weight, color, shading, design, etc.
Must have Flash cs4
Bonus: Experience working with and understanding as3 code
Pay:
$15 USD/hour ~$300-$450/week
